PETA, their “Animal Rights” stance, and Steve Irwin

By Penny Hoffmann

PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) has recently been absolutely shredded by Steve Irwin supporters, animal rights activists, and people who consider their movement hypocritical, around the world.

Google payed tribute to what would have been the Australian zookeeper, conservationist and television personality Steve Irwin’s 57th birthday. Google did this by temporarily updating their search engine logo with art of Irwin holding a crocodile.

PETA responded to this by tweeting the following:

“Steve Irwin was killed while harassing a ray; he dangled his baby while feeding a crocodile & wrestled wild animals who were minding their own business.”

“Steve Irwin’s actions were not on target with his supposed message of protecting wildlife.

“It is harassment to drag exotic animals, including babies taken from their mothers, around from TV talk shows to conferences & force them to perform as Steve Irwin did.”

In order to spread their animal rights activism, PETA thrives by making contentious videos, tweets, and other forms of statements according to their FAQ page on their website:

“Thus, we try to make our actions colourful and controversial, thereby grabbing headlines around the world and spreading the message of kindness to animals to thousands—sometimes millions—of people. This approach has proved amazingly successful: In the three decades since PETA was founded, it has grown into the largest animal rights group in the country, with more than 3 million members and supporters worldwide.”

According to their mission statement, PETA is the “largest animal rights organization in the world, with more than 6.5 million members and supporters”. In their activism, PETA focuses on the following areas in which animals suffer the most: laboratories, food industries, clothing trades, and the entertainment industry. According to the mission statement, PETA also advocates for animal rights amongst domesticated animals and animals that are deemed “pests”. These include rodents and birds.

“PETA works through public education, cruelty investigations, research, animal rescue, legislation, special events, celebrity involvement, and protest campaigns.”

According to their website, here is why PETA protects the rights of animals:

“Jeremy Bentham, the founder of the reforming utilitarian school of moral philosophy, stated that when deciding on a being’s rights, “The question is not ‘Can they reason?’ nor ‘Can they talk?’ but ‘Can they suffer?’” In that passage, Bentham points to the capacity for suffering as the vital characteristic that gives a being the right to equal consideration. The capacity for suffering is not just another characteristic like the capacity for language or higher mathematics. All animals have the ability to suffer in the same way and to the same degree that humans do. They feel pain, pleasure, fear, frustration, loneliness, and motherly love. Whenever we consider doing something that would interfere with their needs, we are morally obligated to take them into account.”

“Only prejudice allows us to deny others the rights that we expect to have for ourselves. Whether it’s based on race, gender, sexual orientation, or species, prejudice is morally unacceptable. “

However, according to PETA Kills Animals, “since 1998, People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) has killed over 36,000 animals. 93% of all animals that fall under PETA’s care never make it out alive”.

PETA Kills Animals requested and received reports from Virginia’s Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services that detailed how many dogs and cats PETA received, transferred, successfully found homes for, and killed.

In 2018, PETA received 2,470 dogs and cats. Of these, 658 were transferred, 35 were adopted (1.42%) and 1,771 were killed (71.70%).

The worst year of killing of dogs and cats for PETA, according to the document, was 2006. of the 3,061 dogs and cats that were received, 46 were transferred, 12 were adopted (0.4%), and 2,981 were killed (97.4%).

In total, from 1998 to 2018, 47,316 dogs and cats were received by PETA, 3,434 were transferred, 3,459 were adopted (7.31%) and 39,961 were killed (84.46%).

The real question is whether the dogs and cats that are killed are in an irredeemable condition.

According to PETA’s FAQ page, this is why PETA supports the euthanisation of dogs and cats rather than building more animal shelters:

“A shelter should be a temporary compromise for dogs and cats. It is not a solution to companion animal homelessness. Dogs and cats need more than food, water, and shelter from the elements. They need and deserve loving care, regular human companionship, respect for their individuality, and the opportunity to play and run. As difficult as it may be for us to accept, euthanasia (carried out by veterinarians or shelter staff trained in intravenous injection of sodium pentobarbital) is often the most compassionate and dignified way for unwanted animals to leave this uncaring world.”

So, because dogs and cats need loving care, regular human companionship, and so on, as well as food and water, and they lack these at shelters, they should be killed because it is “often the most compassionate and dignified way for unwanted animals to leave this uncaring world?” What these animals deserve should be more volunteers to care for them, not death. Plenty of us love dogs and cats; PETA needs to improve their advertisements to get more volunteers. That is the solution. So, because kids in orphanages may not get adopted, they should… be euthanized? No. There needs to be more advertising and selection of trustworthy workers at orphanages. These animals and people may end up getting out of their current situation in their future; why give up because of their present situation?

Nikola Tesla Was Against Feminism?

By Penny Hoffmann

Nikola Tesla (1856-1943) is known as a Serbian American inventor and engineer. What many may not know about him are his views on feminism.

In an interview for a 1924 news article by Galveston Daily News titled “Mr.Tesla Explains Why He Will Never Marry: Famous Scientist Felt Unworthy of Woman as She Used To Be, and Now He Can’t Endure Her Trying to Outdo the Men”, Tesla states that women who try to compete with men by taking on male roles are making themselves inferior:

“I had always thought of woman, as possessing those delicate qualities of mind and soul that made her in these respects far superior to man. I had put her on a lofty pedestal, figuratively speaking, and ranked her in certain important attributes considerably higher than man. I worshiped at the feet of the creature i raised to this height, and, like every true worshiper, i felt myself unworthy of the object of my worship. But all this was in the past. Now the soft-voiced gentle woman of my reverent dreams has all but vanished. In her place has come the woman who thinks that her chief success in life relies in making herself as much as possible like man – in dress, voice, actions, sports and achievements of every kind.”

Tesla also states that the feminist movement where females abandon their gender roles and become more masculine is a sign of the downfall of a civilization:

“Women, are becoming stronger than men, both physically and mentally. The world has experienced many tragedies, but to my mind the greatest tragedy of all is the present economic condition wherein women strive against men, and in many cases actually succeed in upsurping their places in the professions and in industry. This growing tendency of women to overshadow the masculine is a sign of a deteriorating civilization.”

Men have desired to reach for the stars because they are inspired by the woman they fancy, mothers, or just any female figure in their life that believes in them:

“Woman’s determined competition with man in the business world is breaking down some of the best traditions – things which have proved the moving factors in the world’s slow but substantial progress. Practically all the great achievements of man until now have been inspired by his love and devotion to woman. Man has aspired to great things because some woman believed in him, because he wished to command her admiration and respect.”

Vessels have historically been named after women for the same reason, but were alternatively named after goddesses and other historical figures with the idea of safety and protection so the vessel survives whatever journey it undergoes.

Tesla then explains further about how men would self-sacrifice when working to serve women, and that, maybe, the male in society is useless. If women agree with this, then, Tesla believes, the worst of the world’s human history is taking place:

“For these reasons he has fought for her and risked his life and his all for her time and time again. Perhaps the male in human society is useless. I am frank to admit that i don’t know. If women are beginning to feel this way about it, and there is striking evidence at hand that they do, then we are entering upon the cruelest period of the world’s history. Our civilization will sink into a state like that which is found among the bees, ants and other insects – a state wherein the male is ruthlessly killed off. In this matriarchal empire which will be established the female rules. As the female predominates, the males are at her mercy. The male is considered important only as a factor in the scheme of the continuity of life.”

Tesla states that, when women see themselves as independent from man in terms of her breaking gender norms in the business world and not wanting to co-operate, this limits man’s ability to be independent:

“The tendency of women to push aside man, supplanting the old spirit of cooperation with him in all the affairs of life, is very disappointing to me. Woman’s independence and her cleverness in obtaining what she wants in the business world is breaking down man’s spirit of independence. The old fire he once experienced at being able to achieve something that would compel and hold a woman’s devotion is turning to ashes. Women don’t seem to want that sort of thing today. They appear to want to control and govern. They want man to look up to them, instead of their looking up to him. Conditions abroad suggest that the same tendency is worldwide.”

Tesla states that women are the victim when choosing this behavior, not the victor as what they imagine to be:

“I am considering this question not merely from the standpoint of a man, i am thinking of the woman’s side of it. As we contemplate any change, we naturally take into consideration the results that may follow such an innovation. One of the results to my mind is quite a pathetic one. Woman, herself, is really the victim of, as she thinks, the victor. Contentment is absent from her life. She is ambitious, often far beyond her natural equipment, to attain the thing she wants. She too frequently forgets that all women cannot be prima donnas and motion picture stars. Woman’s discontent makes the life of the present day still more over-stressed. The high pitch given to existence by people who are restless and dissatisfied because they fail to achieve things wholly out of proportion to the health and talent with which Nature has endowed them is a bad thing for the world.”

Because women will be the victims instead of victors, women will not be happy:

“It seems to me that women are not particularly happy in this newly found freedom, in this new competition which they are waging so persistently against men in business and even in sport. The question that naturally arises is, whether the women themselves are the gainers or the losers. It seems to me that anything which adds to the great discontent which we observe on every side to-day must be a bad influence on out life. Women who keep themselves agitated by their tremendous ambition to beat man at his game are losing at the same time something that counts for more in the end, than the empty honors that success in business or one of the professions can ever give.”

Because of corruption and tricksters, Tesla does not choose to conform with the general public:

“Discontent makes for cranks and unnatural people. There seems to be an uncommon number of them about today. This is one of the reasons i remain apart from the crowds. The public, or semi-public, character is the target for all sorts of attacks and unpleasant communications. For example, i used to receive all sorts of strange notes, many of them letters from cranks threatening my life, because they have read about my experiments in manufacturing lightning bolts. They wrote that they believed i was using these lightning flashes to kill them!”

Tesla states there are many examples of women who do not compete or try to outdo men that become great influencers:

“The power of the true woman is so great that i believe if a beautiful woman – that is to say, one beautiful in spirit, in manner and in thought, in fact, beautiful in every respect, a sort of goddess – were to appear suddenly on earth, she could command the whole world. Her leadership, i believe, would be universally recognized. History has given us many examples of the wonderful influence exerted by unusual women. Among these have been the mothers of great men. But their influence lay not in their determination to outdo man, or even to compete with him. Perhaps because woman is a finer and more highly sensitized instrument she knows by instinct her power and understands that the extent of it lies in the high position she takes for herself. But the superior never descends to the level of the commonplace.”

PROOF: Democrats are working with social media companies to try and harm the 2020 Trump re-election and the Conservative and Alt-Right movement

By Penny Hoffmann

In a paper classed as private and confidential, titled “Democracy Matters: Strategic Plan For Action”, Media Matters, American Bridge, CREW, and Shareblue are all actively fighting against right-wing misinformation, and social media platforms such as Facebook and Google have agreed to be their allies.

In the document, the current hurdles for the goal are highlighted. An analysis of their opposition, what Shareblue and their associates have already accomplished to get to this goal, and what is promised for the future are detailed. Their mission began in 2017 and will last for four years, up until Trump runs for presidency again in 2020.

The document even highlighted how they got Facebook to support their plans:

“During the 2016 election, Facebook refused to do anything about the dangerous rise of fake news or even acknowledge their role in promoting disinformation: Mark Zuckerberg called the notion that fake news is a problem “crazy”. In November, we launched a campaign pressuring Facebook to: 1) acknowledge the problem of the proliferation of fake news on Facebook and its consequences for our democracy and 2) commit to taking action to fix the problem. As a result of our push for accountability, Zuckerberg did both. Our campaign was covered by prominent national political, business, and tech media outlets, and we’ve been engaging with Facebook leadership behind the scenes to share our expertise and offer input on developing meaningful solutions.”

This is what Media Matters and their associates have already accomplished:

“Media Matters has already secured access to raw data from Facebook, Twitter, and other social media sites. We have also put in place the technology neccessary to automatically mine white nationalist message boards and alt-right communities for our archive. We will now develop technologies and processes to systematically monitor and analyze this unfiltered data.”

“Our digital efforts were largely focused on changing the narrative with the traditional media versus voters. This worked to a point but wasn’t enough in the face of a news media incentivised by profit and access and fearful of intimidation and bullying by the Trump forces.”

“In 2016, a full two-thirds of Facebook users used the platform to get news. Facebook’s algorithm fuels confirmation bias by feeding content from outlets that tell the users what they want to hear. Fake news purveyors exploited this vulnerability. Fake news purveyors exploited this vulnerability for profit and political influence.”

The paper also provided a “competitive analysis” whereby their rivals and the threats they pose were highlighted. Their competition is right-wing media, but more specifically: the Conservative Media Research Center, Breitbart, Steve Bannon, and Donald Trump (obviously) and his Trump TV.

Here is what the paper said about Breitbart, for example:

“Breitbart, which has received millions in funding from extremest billionaires close to the Trump administration, provides a nexus point in the so-called alt-right (the newest branding for American white nationalism, anti-Semitism, and misogyny) to exploit vulnerabilities throughout the media landscape. With a powerful ally in the White House (former chief executive Steve Bannon will be Trump’s chief strategist), Breitbart plans to export its brand of anti-establishment racism on a global scale.”

Media Matters lists what their top outcomes are and what they will “focus on achieving” in the next four years, which began in 2017:

“In the next four years, Media Matters will continue its core mission of disarming right-wing misinformation, while leading the fight against the next generation of conservative disinformation: The proliferation of fake news and propaganda now threatening the country’s information ecosystem.”

“- Serial misinformers and right-wing propagandists inhabiting everything from social media to the highest levels of government will be exposed, discredited. Journalists, activists, allies, politicians, and the general public will routinely utilize and weaponize our research products to understand and take action against the changing media ecosystem and the extremists seeking to manipulate it. We will continue to break engagement records and dramatically expand and diversify our reach by presenting our research in multiple formats on a variety of platforms. Key right-wing targets will see their influence diminish as a result of our work.

– Internet and social media platforms, like Google and Facebook, will no longer uncritically and without consequence host and enrich fake news sites and propagandists. Social media companies will engage with us over their promotion of the fake news industry. Facebook will adjust its model to stem the flow of damaging fake news on its platform’s pages. Google will cut off these pages’ accompanying sites’ access to revenue by pulling their access to Google’s ad platform.

– Toxic alt-right social media-fueled harassment campaigns that silence dissent and poison our national discourse will be punished and halted. Hundreds and thousands of activists will join our campaigns to push back on alt-right harassment. Key alt-right figures will lose credibility and influence in response to our research and pressure.”

American Bridge, a participant for this plan, is given orders that aim to make it “the epicenter of Democrats’ work to regain power”. It has three goals that will be in favor of the Democrats:

“American Bridge will cement itself as the standard-bearer of opposition research, build on its role as a progressive clearinghouse for information that drives the narrative on Republican officeholders and candidates, and be at the epicenter of Democrats’ work to regain power – starting in 2017 and building to 2020. Here’s what success will look like:

– Trump will be defeated either through impeachment or at the ballot box in 2020.

– The balance of power will shift back to democrats. We will measurably impact US Senate, gubernatorial, and state legislative races.

– We will free ourselves from solely relying on the press. Our robust digital program will reach voters directly online.”

CREW is another participant in the plan to get Trump out of office. Crew has four goals that will aid in doing so:

“CREW will be the leading nonpartisan ethics watchdog group in a period of crisis with a president and administration that present possible conflicts of interest and ethical problems on an unprecedented scale. CREW will demand ethical conduct from the administration and all parts of government, expose improper influence from powerful interests, and ensure accountability when the administration and others shirk ethical standards, rules, and laws.
Here’s what success will look like:

– Trump will be afflicted by a steady flow of damaging information, new revelations, and an inability to avoid conflicts issues.

– The Trump administration will be forced to defend illegal conduct in court.

– Powerful industries and interest groups will see their influence wane.

– Dark money will be a political liability in key states.”

Shareblue, another participant, is planning to replace Conservative influence on social media with influence from Democrats instead. They plan to harm Trump’s presidency by “emboldening the opposition and empowering the majority of Americans who oppose him”. Shareblue has five goals in order to aid Media Matters’ plan:

“- Shareblue will become the de facto news outlet for opposition leaders and the grassroots.

– Trump allies will be forced to step down or change course due to news published by Shareblue.

– Under pressure from Shareblue, Democrats will take more aggressive positions against Trump.

– Shareblue will achieve financial stability while diversifying content offerings and platforms.

– Top editorial and writing talent will leave competitors to join Shareblue.”

Media Matters is against “even the slightest bit of normalization of Trump”. Funnily enough, Media Matters plans to resist Trump’s authoritarianism by utilizing authoritarianism themselves by means of, for example, collaborating with social platforms in order to remove what they deem as “fake news”. Thus, authoritarianism, in their eyes, is fine if they themselves do it:

“We are going to fight for the things in which we believe, and we are going to fight against any attempt to erode the cornerstone work and values of the progressive movement and this pluralistic nation… Media Matters will be vigilant in holding news media accountable for even the slightest bit of normalization of Trump. We will encourage journalists to defend standard practices, like the protective press pool and media credentialing, and strive for higher standards against this threat… we are going to resist the normalization of Donald Trump. His every conflict of interest, his every bit of cronyism, his every move towards authoritarianism, his every subversion of our democratic systems and principles, his every radical departure from foreign and domestic policy norms… we are going to contest every effort, at every level of government, to limit rights, rescind protections, entrench inequality, redistribute wealth upwards, or in any other way fundamentally undermine the tenets of egalitarianism that must serve as the bedrock of our democracy.”

Predictive technology, collaborating with social media platforms, omnichannel communications, and a massive grassroots truth squad are all methods Media Matters will use to monitor fake news. Predictive technology will allow individuals and outlets who participate in fake news, misinformation, and harassment, to be identified by Media Matters.

Here is what content Media Matters also corrects:

“Media Matters’ issue teams are focused on correcting misinformation on: gun violence and public safety, LGBT equality, reproductive health and gender equality, climate and energy, and economic policy.”

Insect Spy Drones? Revolutionary Technology is being created by the CIA and Other Groups

By Penny Hoffmann

In the 1970’s, the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) created a spy drone called the Inectothopter that looks like a dragonfly.

These insect spy drones are used as surveillance technology that is disguised as everyday bugs and are that small that there is very small suspicion as to what their purpose is.

In an interview with the British Daily Mail, Zoologist Richard Bomphrey explains how flying creatures such as insects have been studied in order to understand how insect wings have have evolved to endure tough conditions. From studying this, important lessons can be learned:

“By learning those lessons, our findings will make it possible to aerodynamically engineer a new breed of surveillance vehicles that, because they are as small as insects and also fly like them, completely blend into their surroundings.”

Drones that look like other animals, such as a hawk, are also in existence and being created.

In 2007, the U.S military was accused of having insect spy technology when U.S anti-war protesters saw these drones flying above them. Government agencies at the time generally did not admit to having this technology, but some official and private organisations did admit to it.

Then, in 2008, the U.S military showed these inventions that are as “tiny as bumblebees” and were used to discretely “photograph, record, and even attack insurgents and terrorists.”

Whenever the military makes something public, it’s existence is usually decades old.

The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) is reportedly planning to create laser weapons though The Excalibur Program, nanobots in the human body to monitor one’s health, cyborg technology where implants and improvements reliably connect to the human central nervous system via DARPA’s Reliable Neural-Interface Technology (RE-NET) program, Micro-technology for Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (MICRO-PNT) program  where GPS systems continue to work after losing signal, and other technology such as a gamma-ray laser called the Ultrabeam.

Operation Midnight Climax of MKUltra: How the CIA tried to make their own assassins via mind control

By Penny Hoffmann

Out of fear for the chance that the KGB (the main security agency for the Soviet Union) would use LSD to drug U.S citizens via the water supply, the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) bought every drop of it that existed at the time. The CIA allowed for the purchase of 10kg of pure LSD25 – enough to dose more than half of the population of the U.S.

The LSD was given to George Hunter White, an army captain, Office of Strategic Services Officer (OSS), and an undercover federal narcotics agent who worked for the CIA. White was a veteran agent of the Swiss company Sandoz Laboratories, one of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies. He began dosing people to conduct experiments that attempted to create criminals, known as Manchurian Candidates, who commit what is requested of them but would have no recollection of doing so when the mind control affects wore off.

This mind control program is known as Midnight Climax – just one sub-project out of 140 under the clandestine operation MKUltra. The goal of MKUltra is to investigate how to control and reprogram the minds of people. The program lasted from the early 50’s to early 70’s.

White hid in a CIA safehouse stocked with alcohol and sat behind a two-way mirror. He paid prostitutes $100 a night with guaranteed protection from police harassment to lure men into the safe-house, who would then unknowingly consume liquor that had traces of mind-altering substances. White, while behind the mirror, would observe the subject’s reactions to the drug, record his findings, and forward them to the CIA.

The drug has two extremes; complete bliss, or deadly panic. However, what White did not know is that LSD provides the complete opposite effects when in regards to obeying authority. LSD causes subjects to question authority by freeing the mind. This drug created the counter-culture of the 1960’s.

Drugging, creating new identities through hypnosis, and other mind control methods such as signals that react to implants in the subject (usually located in the skull or back) were all projects that White and his associates tried to create, both for the subjects to do whatever was necessary and to pass lie detector tests.

Fact or Fiction: A List of Conspiracies, Conspiracy Theories and Phrases Relating to Them

By Penny Hoffmann

Many people enjoy a thriller, some even a horror; but what if the same scenarios that cause us to sit on the edge of our seat, hold our breath, or cry silently or out loud encapsulate our reality?

“Waking up” from the lulling of society is gradual and heart-wrenching. It leads to one questioning academia, governments, figures, and much of what one was unaware of when travelling this path we call life. In a world full of deception and suffering, it can be difficult to distinguish between what is fact and what is fiction. Those who want to further deceit and suffering for their own personal gain will muddy the waters in an attempt to prevent truth seekers from discovering and sharing the treasure hidden deep beneath the surface. Sometimes this treasure is located in shallow water, but the only way to discover the depth of the deception is to inch in. Jumping is too risky depending on the muddiness. It could be fatal. When we explore, fufilling the curious nature of humanity, we strip ourselves of our assumptions and replace these with a solid foundation, altering much of our identity.

I have noticed that, when discussing conspiracies and conspiracy theories, the two phrases are sometimes mistakenly used interchangeably. There is a difference between conspiracies and conspiracy theories. When an event is classed as a conspiracy, it means it actually took place, whereas a conspiracy theory is exactly what it suggests; it is a theory. It has not been proven.

Some are so overwhelmed by the scale of knowledge they wonder where to start their research. To make this process easier, here is an exhaustive list of conspiracies, conspiracy theories, and relative phrases.

DEMOCRATS, REALLY FOR THE MINORITY? #WALKAWAY

By: Gabriel E. Miller

As far back as anyone could remember, the Democratic Party has always been there to fight for justice and equality. At least, that’s what we’re told to believe by people who take part in it. Yet this rhetoric doesn’t concur with the true history of the Democrats. It’s time to put to rest these “alternative facts”.

The Democrats were founded in part by later President Andrew Jackson. Jackson was no stranger to the maltreatment of people of color. His famous “Indian Removal Act” displaced hundreds of thousands of Native Americans and sent them on a harsh journey westward known as the “Trail of Tears”.

In the famous Dred Scott v. Standford case, the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision was given by Chief Justice Roger Taney, a Democrat, that slaves weren’t citizens of the United States, but property and Congress didn’t hold the power to prohibit slavery in the territories. The decision was 7-2, where the two dissenting judges, Benjamin Robbins Curtis, and John McLean were both Republicans.

Woodrow Wilson, the 28th President of the United States, was sympathetic to the Ku Klux Klan (KKK). In fact, the racist film, “The Birth of a Nation”, was the first film ever showed in the White House, it depicted the members of this hate group as heroes to defend the South. Wilson supported same the Klansmen who targeted and killed Black Americans as well as Republicans who defended their fellow citizens.

In fact, the racist film, “The Birth of a Nation”, was the first film ever showed in the White House, it depicted the members of this hate group as heroes to defend the South. Wilson and the Klansmen were Democrats who targeted and killed Black Americans as well as Republicans who defended their fellow citizens.

In the film, Wilson himself is quoted as saying, “The white men were roused by a mere instinct of self-preservation… until at last there had sprung into existence a great Ku Klux Klan, a veritable empire of the South, to protect the Southern country”.

The first “Grand Wizard” of the KKK was Nathan Bedford Forrest, a former Confederate general during the American Civil War, who was also a Democrat.

Margaret Sanger helped create Planned Parenthood. While it is unclear if she was a Democrat, she did attend and spoke to a woman’s branch of the KKK. She also famously said, “We do not want word to go out that we want to exterminate the Negro population, and the minister is the man who can straighten out that idea if it ever occurs to any of their more rebellious members.” Sanger was also a known eugenicist, another famed supporter in this idea was none other than Adolf Hitler himself. The American Eugenics movement that Sanger was so proud to be apart of was where Hitler had inspiration for his “Master Race”, according to Dr. Elizabeth Lee Vliet in an Association of American Physicians and Surgeons Article.

There are those who hide behind the idea that it was in fact President Franklin D. Roosevelt who threw down the shackles of oppression with his New Deal. Yet that doesn’t seem to be the case.

Jim Powell wrote an article for the CATO Institute, titled, “Why Did FDR’s New Deal Harm Blacks?” An excerpt from the article reads:

“The Agricultural Adjustment Act (1933) aimed to help farmers by cutting farm production and forcing up food prices. Less production meant less work for thousands of poor black sharecroppers. In addition, blacks were among the 100 million consumers forced to pay higher food prices because of the AAA.”

Even when Democratic President John F. Kennedy was a senator, he voted against the 1957 Civil Rights Act, along with Democratic with Senator Al Gore.

PBS wrote in an article titled The Rise and Fall of Jim Crow, “The Democratic Party identified itself as the ‘white man’s party’ and demonized the Republican Party as being ‘Negro dominated”‘.

The Latino population in the United States are also very supportive of the Democratic Party. Yet during the 2016 Presidential Election race, Clinton’s campaign chairman John Podesta’s emails were hacked and revealed that he repeatedly referred to Latinos as “needy”.

As of this Saturday, President Donald Trump proposed to end the government shutdown, by granting 700,000 “Dreamers” another three years of protection in exchange for $5.7 billion to build the wall he promised. His proposal also granted, 300,000 immigrants under Temporary Protection Status a three-year extension as well.

According to the New York Post, Nancy Pelosi “was quick to reject the offer”. Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer was also opposed to this proposal, yet no solutions were suggested from them. Schumer called this “more hostage taking”, yet protection is being offered to the people who they claim to support. So who are the Democrats really fighting for, or do they seek more control? It isn’t the American people as they cry about people not receiving federal benefits or pay, yet they offer no solution.

It is quite ironic that most minorities seem to identify with the Democratic Party. Statistics provided by the Pew Research Center show that 90 percent of Black Americans, 69 percent of Hispanics, and 77 percent of Asians who voted in the 2018 Midterm Election, voted for Democrats.

SHOWDOWN: Trump threatens to close border “entirely” as Democrats refuse to fund Border Security

Amidst the partial government shutdown we are now heading into the second week with no resolution in sight. President has Trump once again vowed to close the southern border in a series of tweets on Friday.

The U.S.-Mexico wall has become a major controversy in the past few weeks. With neither Republican or Democrat parties nearing to a conclusion, all hopes for a border wall seem near impossible with no resolution on both ends.

Officially, congress returned to session on Thursday, and we have now entered the 7th day of the on-going partial government shutdown over funding for a border wall.

President Trump is standing firm saying, “We will do whatever it takes to build the border wall”. The government shutdown will continue until Trumps $5.7 billion price tag is met. Democrats have rejected that figure and instead counter offered $1.3 billion towards border security. Senator Schumer and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi have refused any more offers towards building the wall.

With no bipartisan cooperation on the border wall, the shutdown is expected to drag on to the New Year after the House and Senate adjourn next week. There is a possibility that negotiations will continue January 3rd, when Democrats assume the House majority and yet another vote will be taken place.

There has been little discussion between the White House and Democrats in recent days, yet President Trump stands by his promise that he will do “whatever it takes” to resolve the issue and find a compromise with Democrats.

It is now up to democrats to break the ice and come to an agreement that we need border security. It is presumed by a spokesman for house minority leader Nancy Pelosi that Democrats’ are likely to put a bill that funds the government without aiding any funds for the border wall.

If all else fails, Trump tweeted he will “Close the southern border entirely” If congress will not fund a border wall between the US and Mexico. President Trump also claimed that “The United States looses soooo much money on Trade with Mexico under NAFTA, over 75 Billion Dollars a year (not including Drug Money which would be many times that amount), that I would consider closing the Southern Border a ‘profit making operation.’ We build a wall or close the Southern Border.”

With no agreement breaking through on the border wall, negotiations are likely to continue on to 2019.

Yes, Assange’s Extradition Threat to the U.S Is Real

By Penny Hoffmann

As Wikileaks founder Julian Assange is safe in London’s Ecuadorian Embassy for six years now, it has been revealed that the United States Justice Department accidentally disclosed an indictment against him in a copy-paste mistake on Thursday 15th of November.

Seamus Hughes

Greg Barns, adviser to Julian and Wikileaks, stated in a tweet “I have said for seven years Assange was being charged. The US has lied and lied denying it.”

Assistant US Attorney Kellen Dwyer stated that Assange’s indictment should have been concealed “until Assange is arrested”.

“”Due to the sophistication of the defendant and the publicity surrounding the case, no other procedure is likely to keep confidential the fact that Assange has been charged.”

Eastern District of Virginia spokesman for the United States attorney’s office Joshua Stueve said to the New York Times that “the court filing was made in error”.

Because Assange is currently located in London’s Ecuadorian Embassy, he would need to be extradited to the U.S in order to be arrested.

Tension exists between founder and former editor of Wikileaks Mr. Assange and the Justice Department due to Wikileaks disclosures of secret U.S military and diplomatic documents.

Trump-Russia investigation under heavy scrutiny after Russian scapegoats call Mueller’s bluff – show up in court.

Written by: Jack Bibiano  –  Follow me on Twitter: @LibertyDragon1  –  Add me on Facebook: Juan Bibiano

Special Counsel Robert Mueller, the man in charge of running the Trump-Russia collusion investigation, has run into quite the sharp spike in the road as lawyers from a Russian company accused of trolling have unexpectedly shown up in court. The indictment, opened by Mueller back in February, named 3 companies and 13 Russian nationals as professional trolls. The defendants were supposedly running a Russian Troll campaign mainly through social media, intending to “spread distrust towards the candidates and the political system in general,” before and during the U.S. presidential election. This indictment insinuates that the “troll campaign” was geared towards helping then-candidate Donald Trump, as well as socialist candidate Bernie Sanders

It’s worth noting that the defendants could have just avoided coming to the United States altogether, thus never facing trial. However, named-defendant Russian company Concord Management and Consulting, called the Mueller bluff and hired lawyers and volunteered to stand trial. Defense lawyers for Concord Management have accused the Mueller team of “pettifoggery” and even indicting a ham sandwich. This ham sandwich statement is an allusion that refers back to when New York Chief Judge Sol Wachtler once told the New York Daily News, in 1985,  that government prosecutors have so much power over grand juries, that they could theoretically make them indict just about anybody—or anything.

The first sign of trouble for the Russian troll indictment came after Mueller’s team pleaded with U.S. District Court Judge Dabney Friedrich to delay the hearing. The judge denied the special counsel’s requests, citing no reason. This ruling has sent ripples through the special counsel. Mueller now has to show up in court, assumedly unprepared, for the charges he brought to court months prior. This blunder has led to even more skepticism over the authenticity of Mueller’s claims.

The Trump-Russia investigation in general took its first big hit just a few days before Mueller’s delay was denied. Federal Judge T.S. Ellis III, in relation to the Paul Manafort case, slammed the special counsel for being out to get the president. Ellis’s exact words were as following: “You don’t really care about Mr. Manafort,”…“You really care about what information Mr. Manafort can give you to lead to Mr. Trump, and his eventual prosecution or impeachment.” Former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort is accused of secretly funding a pro-Russia group in europe. Mueller’s statement claims that Paul Manafort “secretly retained a group of former senior European politicians to take positions favorable to Ukraine, including by lobbying in the United States” Trump praised Judge Ellis’s statements during his speech at the NRA convention, throwing printed-out pages on the floor as he went through it with striking applause from the audience.

These new developments are now working in conjunction with each other to degrade public confidence in Mueller’s special counsel. Polls indicate that more-and-more Americans are becoming distrustful of Mueller and his so-called “investigation” into everything Trump-related. I think most people just call it for what it really seem to be now, a witchhunt!

Daily Domestic – 7 Down

By William Prophett

Every day, you wake up and do your daily routine. You kick off the remaining sock, brush your teeth, and at some point you read some sort of information to kick start your brain. But do you ever stop to look at the content you are hearing or watching? Do you ever question the interests of the folks putting that information in front of your eyes? I would and have bet my own life on this, the fact is, we as a country don’t pay close enough attention to who we allow to influence us.

We promise you that this column will only present facts and data of the opinions of others. My intent is simple and obvious, to maintain your attention and to make you smarter. With that said, welcome to the Crime and Terrorism brief.

Today the FBI released a firm statement of Indictment of seven individuals in this April 2018 Federal Grand Jury. With crimes from Sexual Exploitation of a Child; Enticement of a Minor; Receipt of Child Pornography; Possession of Child Pornography, to re-entry of a previously deported illegal, this was yet another clear cut case of the good guys against some of the worst people on Earth.

Thanks to United States Attorney R. Trent Shores, Juan Luis, AtaydeLuis, German Beltran-Quintero, Justin Lee Boyer, Tracy Allen Crawford, Logan Philip Davis, Larry O. Douglas, Jr, Thadeus Michael Horn. Tyrone Lee, Jerry Lee Manus, Elijah Kai Marler, Gerardo Regalado-Cuevas, Harvey Joseph Stephens, Jr, Curtis Dewayne Townsend, Rosendo Valdovinos-Garcia, Ady Yesinia Oscal, Jennifer Barraza-GarciaKong Meng Vang, and Erick Viveros were all carried to justice on a silver platter.

The FBI for the northern District of Oklahoma says,

‘This substantial group of indictments represents a wide range of federal offenses, including complex white collar, immigration, and large-scale drug trafficking crimes.  Several Project Safe Neighborhood cases involving violent crimes and firearms violations appear prominently also. “These indictments reflect the hard work of the dedicated federal prosecutors and support staff of the United States Attorney’s Office who are tirelessly committed to enforcing federal law and protecting the public whom they serve,” said United States Attorney Shores.

The following individuals have been charged with violations of United States law in indictments returned by the Grand Jury. The return of an indictment is a method of informing a defendant of alleged violations of federal law, which must be proven in a court of law beyond a reasonable doubt to overcome a defendant’s presumption of innocence.’ April 16, 2018 – Justice.gov

So, just to be clear, we are talking about individuals involved in foreign drug and other criminal operations here on American soil. I can assure you that this will be a prime focus of this column, to tell the truth about a problem the government caused, and is dealing with at a dramatically increasing rate. A common myth among some is that the feds don’t care, but that I consider to be more of a political and psychological warfare problem that the feds will ultimately have to confront. And let’s be clear… I’ve carried a gun alongside retired federal agents, I know why these men and women do what they do. They wake up, serve, shave and sleep. Trust me, the armed mafia is more of an unofficial thing that becomes a problem with Veterans who are bored and back home. Which is another topic for another day.

Of the list of take-downs, this one stuck-out the most to me because of his clear and obvious racketeering behavior patterns. According to the bureau, ‘Larry O. Douglas, Jr.  Tampering With a Witness, Victim, and Informant by Physical Force and Threats of Physical Force; Tampering With a Witness, Victim, and Informant by Intimidation, Threats, and Corrupt Persuasion, and Misleading Conduct.  Douglas, 44, address unknown, is charged with physically beating a victim, and for providing the victim with support, affection and material goods in order to persuade against and prevent her from communicating to law enforcement of his commission of a Federal offense.  If convicted, he faces a maximum penalty of life in prison and a $250,000 fine for the Tampering With a Witness, Victim, and Informant by Physical Force and Threats of Physical Force charge, and a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine for the Tampering With a Witness, Victim, and Informant by Intimidation, Threats, and Corrupt Persuasion, and Misleading Conduct charge.  The Federal Bureau of Investigation and Tulsa Police Department are the investigative agencies.’ April 16, 2018 – Justice.gov

Another big ‘baller’ in the group was Elijah Marler, who was accused of possession of cocaine with the intent to sell, possession of firearm and controlled substances, felon in possession of a firearm, and ammunition. These are the sort of issues that stack up when our political system ignores a flawed correctional industry. I suppose we all do ride the gravy train of intent. Proposals from tougher military justice policy to banning weaponry have been affronted, which really doesn’t leave much room for debate as the second Amendment to the Constitution protects the rights of Americans to ban weaponry. Some are of the opinion that more laws won’t help. Please let us know your thoughts, so we can propose something of reason.

Groups of people with no plans to follow the laws or any sort of ethical code of conduct are both harder to reach, and harder to stop. However, with a community of Americans who care about their country, their planet, and what we allow to influence our children, we can stop any evil.

We are not talking about people who would kill you and I for nothing, just to check if we had ten dollars on us. What we are looking at is an organized, criminal, militant front that is clearly looking to expand its power within the true sanctuary of the United States of America. I for one am happy to see our officials doing something about it, as I would mention, under a Republican administration and Congress.

What do we know about the Omnibus spending bill?

By Stefan M. Kløvning

Washington, Politics – The Omnibus spending bill is a 2,232 pages long bill concerning the spending of about $1.3 trillion signed by President Donald J. Trump on Friday afternoon after being first released on Wednesday. Trump complained to reporters about the lack of time to go through the document, saying ‘you tell me, who can read that quickly.’ He even suggested vetoing the bill the same day he signed the bill, but later asserted that he signed it as a matter of national security, and that he would ‘never sign another bill like this again.’ The Hill reported that this was likely because ‘the vote on these bills is often rushed, passing only 24 or 36 hours after the text is released, and inevitably, Members are faced with a government shutdown if the omnibus doesn’t pass.’ The document can be read in its entirety here.

What the bill included was the result of a quarrel between the Democrats and the Republicans. The bill takes up issues such as federal spending on defense and domestic programs over the next year, promising a $500 billion budget on the issue, but exactly what the money should go to is quite varied throughout the bill. The Republicans wanted mainly to increase funding to the millitary, while the Democrats sought for support to social programs, such as Planned Parenthood, opioid addiction and election security. The GOP leaders have spoken little about what’s in the bill, and rather talked about their political priorities. This is because they want the bill to ‘pass in the dark.’ With little time to analyze the bill, the more likely it is to be passed. Why would they want to do this? Because they want to lose votes from the allegedly ‘far-right’ Freedom Caucus to avoid association, according to Washington Post Journalist Sarah Binder. They wanted to rush the bill through so that their partisan base wouldn’t notice the win for the Democrats and the prevention of several parts of the Trump administration’s agenda.

They have definitely succeeded in losing voters on that side, but it seems to have gone further then they might have expected. President Trump has for instance lost a long-time supporter in the best selling political author Ann Coulter – one of whose books is called ‘In Trump We Trust’ – who is now opining that Trump should be impeached:

She seems to hold this opinion due to the bill restricting funding to Trump’s promised border wall, and also hinders progress on the other promises from his 70-point-list on pro-American immigration reforms.

Another critic is President of the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR) Dan Stein, who exclaimed that ‘there are no immigration-related provisions in the omnibus that are consistent with what President Trump and congressional Republicans told the American people they would do when they were sent to Washington.’

Senator Rand Paul made a sarcastic remark about the bill on Twitter:

The chairman of the Freedom Caucus Mark Meadows said he had been staying up late at night to try to complete reading the bill, but despite skimming and speed-reading, he didn’t make it past 800 pages. He informs that, ‘I don’t know that anybody could have read more than I read. So to ask for us to vote on a $1.3 trillion bill, having only read one-third of it, is not the process that most of us would support.’

Tennessee Republican Senator Bob Corker spoke of the bill as the most ‘grotesque’ piece of legislation he can remember to have seen in his two terms in the Senate, asserting that it will add $2 trillion in deficits over the next ten years. He slammed both the 25 Republicans and the 39 Democrats supporting the bill, saying that ‘not only do I question the soul of my own party. I question the soul of the other party.’ He warned that for now, ‘the American people do not care about this issue because we’re living fat and happy today and because the crisis has not yet occurred,’ but as time goes on, ‘the American people are going to be very unhappy with our lack of responsibility.’

The Kansas City Star specifically attacked the Congress on the issue, saying that ‘there are 12 appropriations measures introduced each year. This Congress didn’t pass a single one. Instead, a half-year’s worth of spending is crammed into a secretly-negotiated, 2,200-page monstrosity offered as a take-it-or-leave it deal.’ The newspaper also added some more specific critique by watchdog group Common Cause, which asserted that ‘the combination of tax cuts and spending increases will likely lead to the return of trillion-dollar deficits in the next fiscal year and beyond.’

How will this play out for President Trump and the Republicans in Congress? It seems potent to cause significant damage on their credibility – for reasons argued above – for instance with Trump losing long-time supporters such as Ann Coulter for going against his promises by signing the bill. Some of his supporters may forgive him due to the hurry of the bill, and that it was a difficult situation for the entire Congress, but we shouldn’t be too optimistic about it. The more missteps done, the less support Trump – and the Republicans in general – should expect to get in the mid-term election and when running for President again in 2020.
