Jack Bibiano is a crypto-investor, space enthusiast, and music entrepreneur currently located in Clarksville, TN. He is also a huge advocate for the message of liberty. The moment he was awakened was when he witnessed the 2012 Republican debate, where libertarian legend Ron Paul was the only one with a real difference in opinion. The question was about a national ID card. Everyone thought it was a good idea, until it got to Ron Paul. “NO! That’s preposterous. That is NOT what freedom is all about.” said Paul. This was a huge wake up call, and ever since, Jack has been a staunch advocate for liberty and a moving force against the global elite!

Well, it looks like Great Britain continues to lose any semblance of free speech or freedom of press they had left. Two iconic rightwing figures have vanished in the night; sent down the memory hole.
As Tommy Robinson and Raheem Kassam, along with Politcalite, KipperCental, and UnityNewNet all get swept off of Facebook in the same timespan, one has to ask: What’s the move? Many are now expecting Theresa May to do something terrible with Brexit. She’s using Facebook to silence her loudest critics. She can’t take the heat.
Tommy Robinson, founder of English Defense League has been permanently banned from Facebook and Instagram for repeatedly breaking the sites’ policies on hate speech, Facebook said.
I guess telling the truth is being hateful, huh? I guess trying to prevent the world from turning to globalism is a hateful act?
The company said Robinson, whose real name is Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, broke rules that ban public calls for violence against people based on protected characteristics; rules that ban supporting or appearing with organised hate groups; and policies that prevent people from using the site to bully others.
The decision to ban Robinson from the social media sites could threaten his ability to reach large audiences.
Robinson isalready banned from Twitterand the decision to cut him off from Instagram and Facebook will leave him reliant on YouTube as the only major online platform to provide him with a presence. Facebook deleted the personal profile and disabled a fan page for Raheem Kassam, an opinion writer for The Daily Caller and a former chief adviser to Nigel Farage.
It wasn’t clear if Facebook disabled the page due to American or European politics. The company hired Nick Clegg, a former head of the U.K.’s Liberal Democrats, as chief of global policy and communications in October.
He got the attention of many big conservative voices. Even Donald Trump Jr.
And with their help, his Facebook got reinstated.
As it turns out, a Muslim activist was behind the purge.
Kassam, a former Muslim and former editor for conservative media outlet Breitbart London, is scheduled to speak at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) later this week.Expect liberal minds to be blown.
When the president fought back against horribly one-sided Fake News, didn’t you say “attacks on free press” were “unacceptable”?
Come on now, Bobby.
Democratic Senator of NJ, Bob Menendez, scolded a reporter on Capitol Hill when asked to comment on the Green New Deal.
Henry Rodgers, the Daily Caller’s Capitol Hill reporter, approached the senator at a subway station and asked him if he supported Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s legislative proposal.
Menendez avoided the question and then asked where Rodgers worked. Rodgers said that when he told Menendez he worked for the Daily Caller, the Democrat responded by saying he would not answer any questions. An intern who was with Rodgers asked a follow-up question, and tensions apparently rose.
The reporter followed the tweet with an audio clip from their back-and-forth.
“I am wondering why you won’t answer questions on the Green New Deal?” Rodgers asked.
“I won’t answer questions to the Daily Caller, period! You’re trash,” Menendez responded.
“Why do you think we’re trash, sir?” the reporter followed.
Menendez was criticized on social media for threatening to call the police on the reporter.
Numerous members of Menendez’s office, including his communications director, Tricia Enright, defended the senator and trashed what one described as “gotcha journalism.”
Legendary troll, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, said Tuesday that the Senate would vote on the Green New Deal introduced last week by Sen. Edward Markey, D-Mass., and Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y.
“I’ve noted with great interest the Green New Deal, and we’re going to be voting on that in the Senate to give everybody an opportunity to go on record,” McConnell told reporters.
The bill, which is not expected to get very far in the Republican-controlled upper chamber, could force some Democrats to make a politically awkward calculation.
Radical leftists, including all of the senators currently running for president, have come out in support of the legislation, which calls for generating 100 percent of the nation’s power from renewable sources within 10 years. Scientists have said that dramatic, immediate action is necessary to stem the catastrophic effects of “global warning”. Many have said this from press conferences in record cold weather.
Democratic moderates have been less than enthusiastic about the proposal. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi mockingly referred to the House version of the bill as a “green dream,” whileonly 11 of the 47 senators who caucus with the Democrats have signed on to sponsor the bill.
Sen. Sherrod Brown, D-Ohio, who is widely expected to enter into the 2020 race, has refused to even say whether or not he supports the proposal.
“I’m not going to take position on every bill that’s coming out,” he said Tuesday, according to Politico. “I support a Green New Deal. I think we need to aggressively support climate change legislation. That’s my answer.”
Republicans control the Senate, with 53 members of the 100-seat chamber. Democrats control the House of Representatives, but it is not clear if the House will vote on the measure under Pelosi’s leadership.
“It will be one of several or maybe many suggestions that we receive,” Pelosi told Politico in aninterviewlast week. “The green dream or whatever they call it, nobody knows what it is, but they’re for it right?”
President Donald Trump used the Green New Deal as a new line of attack against Democratsin his first major rally of the 2020 campaign season.
Uh-oh. Sparks are about to fly. Just one day before the SOTU at that. How many Dems took bribes?
Was Schumer on the list? Looks like Pelosi is…
Acting Attorney General Matt Whitaker made a surprise appearance at the trial of Mexican drug lord Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman on Monday, as jurors began their deliberations.
“El Chapo” is accused of being behind the ultra-violent Sinaloa drug cartel of Mexico, which is the largest supplier of drugs to the united states.
Guzmán, 61, has been on trial in Brooklyn since November after he was extradited from Mexico to face charges of trafficking cocaine, heroin and other drugs as leader of what the US has called the world’s largest drug cartel.
Whitaker joined US Attorney Richard Donoghue in Brooklyn federal court, where he shook hands with prosecutors in the case.
His appearance came just after jurors in the case retired to begin discussing the charges against Guzman at the end of the months-long trial.
During the course of the trial, we have come to find out that El Chapo had been bribing the former president.
Former Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto accepted a $100m (£77m) bribe from drug cartel kingpin Joaquín “El Chapo” Guzmán, a witness testified.
Alex Cifuentes, who says he was a close associate of Guzmán for years, told a New York City courtroom that he had also told authorities of the bribe in 2016.
Nieto was president of Mexico from 2012 to 2018
What’s interesting about this, is that open-border cheerleader Nancy Pelosi is known to be close “friend” to, and has been spotted with the now-former Mexican President. Democrat Texas Senate candidate Robert “Beto” O’Rouke, who ran a 70-million dollar open borders campaign, has also been seen getting chummy with Nieto.
A former Democrat, who has now walked away, believes the real reason Democrats don’t want a wall on the US – Mexican border is related to the story above. He used to work in Arizona politics and has experience the world of the “Arizona Mafia” first hand. You can learn more about that here.
A big time lawyer for the Mexican cartels also donated to Hillary Clinton. Julian Assange reported that he had evidence that the Clinton Foundation received $15 million from the Mexican cartels. On 9 January 2017, the web site Times.com.mx published an article reporting that Mexican Drug kingpin Joaquín “El Chapo” Guzmán had donated millions of dollars to Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign. WiikiLeaks founder Julian Assange had broken the news.
The fake news said Trump was compromised by Russia, yet here Trump is, undermining Russian interests once again. The Kremlin response sounds pretty serious too…
President Trump started a Tuesday morning twitter storm with a tweet warning that Maduro will be “willing to negotiate” after the US starves his teetering regime of badly needed funding via the sanctions that were levied earlier this week.
Trump then spoke with Juan Guaido, on Wednesday, for what appears to be the first time. A readout of the call revealed that Trump “congratulated” Guaido on his “historic assumption of the presidency of Venezuela,” and promised to keep in regular contact to “support Venezuela’s path back to stability.”
Roughly two dozen countries have recognized Guaido as the legitimate ruler of Venezuela, and a handful of European nations have demanded that Maduro either commit in the coming days to holding free elections or they too will officially recognize Guaido.
The conversation followed a crackdown by the country’s Supreme Court, which banned Guaido from leaving the country. Given Russia and China’s demands that the US refrain from interfering in Venezuela, President Xi and President Putin aren’t going to like this.
After decrying US sanctions against Venezuela’s state-run oil company PDVSA as “illegal” and enforcing “unfair competition”, a Kremlin spokesman has reiterated that Russia is prepared to use“all mechanisms available to us“to defend its economic interests in Venezuela – interests that are closely tied to the Maduro regime.
Russia has extended billions of dollars of loans to PDVSA, mostly via oil firm Rosneft. The company has extended $6 billion of loans which must be repaid in crude by the end of the year. Data from S&P Global Platts shows that as of November 2018, Venezuela had a $3.1 billion outstanding loan to repay to Rosneft.
Rosneft also has five joint upstream projects with PDVSA in Venezuela. Peskov said that Russia is still assessing the potential impact of the PDVSA sanctions for Moscow.
According to analysts briefed by Platts, whatever becomes of Maduro, Rosneft likely won’t be cut off from Venezuelan oil because the country has abundant reserves, and oil is practically the only ‘hard currency’ it can access. An analyst at a Western bank estimated that Rosneft assets in Venezuela are equivalent to some $2.5 billion, plus another $2.5 billion in crude supplies owed for the loans.
“The worst-case scenario – which is unlikely to materialize – under which Rosneft loses all the money it invested in Venezuela, would be biting but not critical for the company, with quarterly free cash flow at over $4 billion,”the analyst told Platts.
Meanwhile, the US has warned that the “path to relief” for PDVSA is via the “expeditious transfer of control” to opposition leader Juan Guaido, which the US insists should be followed by Democratic elections.
Though the Kremlin has denied the reports, rumors about the presence of400 Kremlin affiliated mercenariesin Venezuela make more sense given how much money is at stake.
British Harry Potter actor, Daniel Radcliffe, doesn’t like the fact Tom Brady’s a patriot in more than one way.
Radcliffe is sick ofTom Bradyand the New England Patriots’ constant victories, but even more sick of Brady’s support ofPresident Donald Trump.
On Saturday 29-year-old Daniel Radcliffe, told Variety he’s supporting the Los Angeles Rams in this year’sSuper Bowl, claiming that “The whole world is rooting against the Patriots … sorry.”
The “Harry Potter” star admitted he doesn’t think Brady, 41, should retire, but that “he should stop winning things.”
“Take that MAGA hat out of your locker! I feel like that was the moment when as a country we were all like, ‘Come on, dude! You’re awesome…Don’t put that in here,'” Radcliffe chuckled.
So [I’m rooting for the] Rams. I don’t know if they’re going to win but I want them to.”
In 2015, a Make America Great Again hat was spotted in Brady’s locker during a televised interview.
Brady and Trump are friends and reportedly have played golf many times together in the past, but don’t see eye to eye on a key issue: Kneeling during the national anthem.
After Trump called the quiet protests against police brutality against people of color unpatriotic, Brady said in an interview, “I certainly disagree with what he said. I thought it was just divisive. Like I said, I just want to support my teammates.”
Roger Stone just took Mueller to the CLEANERS with his fiery new statement.
Roger Stone was targeted for supposedly helping to expose the Clinton crime family through Wikileaks. Yet the perpetrators who made up, and used a salacious dossier against the president get a free pass from the FBI. If you would like to learn about the Real Russia Collusion, click HERE. The problem is, the FBI is the problem. As Stone points out in his powerful statement, he was raided by twice the amount of people that it took to capture and kill Bin Laden. Stone was raided by 29-member strike force in SWAT gear.
Longtime Alex Jones associate Roger Stone pleaded not guilty in a federal courthouse in Washington, D.C., Tuesday, where the James Bond of politics himself is being arraigned on a seven-count indictment brought by special counsel Robert Mueller.
Stone arrived at court Tuesday morning amid a barrage of cheers from supporters and jeers from protesters alike, who shouted “lock him up” – a reference to chants of “lock her up” directed at Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton during 2016 Trump campaign rallies.
Stone spoke only briefly, twice answering “Yes, your honor” and once “I do” when responding to the judge’s questions. He said nothing as he left the courthouse to a rather humorous scene – Russian flags flying above the mob scene of protesters and reporters.
The Beatles’ “Back in the U.S.S.R.” and the Russian national anthem blared on loudspeakers.
Attorneys in the special counsel’s office and Stone’s defense team convened for a brief, procedural arraignment, during which both sides agreed to the conditions of Stone’s release set forth by a federal judge in Florida judge last week.
Stone, donning a trademark flashy suit and a white pocket square, is out on $250,000 bond, must surrender his passport, and cannot make contact with any witnesses in the investigation.
Stone’s predawn arrest late last weekshows yet another indictment with no actual connection to Russia in the special counsel’s ongoing investigation into Russian interference during the 2016election. In the 24-page indictment of Stone, which laid out accusations of witness tampering, obstruction of justice and lying to Congress, Mueller yet again comes up empty handed on his quest to link Trump with collusion to Russia.
The mainstream media was quick to jump to conclusions, yet after additional footage provided some context, many changed their tunes, or simply deleted their inflammatory coverage. Now, parents of the Covington kids are preparing for legal action.
CNN’s Bakari Sellers deleted a tweet saying that someone should punch Sandmann and his classmates in the face. Another host from the network, S.E. Cupp, came forward with an apology saying she “100% regrets” reacting quickly to the initial video. The Canadian CBC News admitted fault and deleted a tweeet.
And for those who didn’t retract or delete accusatory messages or stories about the students…they seem to be in some deep trouble.
Robert Barnes, an attorney and “Law&Crime” columnist, has been in touch with some of the students’ families about possibly filing lawsuits over the treatment the teens have faced.
“Anyone who issued false statements that cast the kids in a false light & fail to retract/correct” could face lawsuits, Barnes said.
Although statements of opinion are protected speech, presenting a factually inaccurate version of the events, however, is something different. if someone merely gave their take on the actual facts, that would likely be okay.
Typically, to prove a defamation case, one needs to show that a statement of fact was false, defamatory, and caused harm.
Those who reasonably relied on the information that was out there, however, could be in the clear if they later made corrections, since defamation laws generally have a standard of negligence when it comes to private citizens. If they had no reason to believe that what they were saying was wrong, they may not be liable. Of course, once new information came to light, those who didn’t correct inaccurate accounts or continued to present them could be in trouble.
The student from Kentucky’s all-male Covington Catholic High School, now identified as Nick Sandmann, drew backlash online after a clip emerged Saturday of him smiling and standing close to the face of Nathan Phillips, a known liberal activist, an Omaha elder and a supposed Vietnam War veteran participating in the Indigenous Peoples March in D.C. on Friday. In the video of the incident, Sandmann can be seen standing in front of Phillips on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial as the Native American elder sings and beats on a drum. Other young people standing close by can be seen chanting as they encircle Phillips and the student.
In response to the widespread media coverage, lawmakers, Native American leaders, and the Diocese of Covington and Covington Catholic High School were quick to condemn Sandmann’s behavior. The school announced it was investigating the situation and said he could be expelled
But a longer video from a different angle shows that Philips was the one to approach the teenagers, taking a left on a landing along the stairway up the Lincoln Memorial and walking directly into the throng of students.
The extended video also shows that long before Phillips arrived on the scene, a small group of Black Hebrew Israelites on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial yelling obscenities at passersbys, including the students who would eventually crowd the area, appear to be the ones who incited the confrontation.
This new information reveals a counter-narrative to the one that, for more than a day, pinned the outrage solely on the backs of the teenagers.
The extended video shows the group of around five men yelling at a small gathering of nearby Covington Catholic High School, calling them “a bunch of incest babies” and saying they “worship blasphemy,” among other taunts. The men also said the teenagers show how “this is what America — make America great looks like” – a reference to President Trump’s “Make American Great Again” slogan.
As the men continue to taunt the students, the crowd grows and starts chanting when one of them takes their shirt off. Minutes later Phillips arrives on the scene with his drum.
In recalling the “ugly” situation to the Washington Post on Saturday, Philips told the newspaper he felt threatened when he was stopped in his tracks by Sandmann in the “MAGA” hat, who was standing by a crowd SUPPOSEDLY shouting, “Build that wall, build that wall.” Which we now know didn’t happen.
Philips told MSNBC on Sunday he approached the teens after he saw tensions bubbling over between the younger crowd that was there for the anti-abortion March for Life rally and the nearby Black Hebrew Israelites.
“Look at my America. Look at my black and white brothers here. They’re tearing at each other. We are at a point where you can’t stand by and watch this,” Phillips said.
Sandmann told CNN on Sunday he and his peers were waiting at the Lincoln Memorial for the bus after the demonstrations. The junior said he and he family had received death threats.
“Because we were being loudly attacked and taunted in public, a student in our group asked one of our teacher chaperones for permission to begin our school spirit chants to counter the hateful things that were being shouted at our group,” Sandmann wrote in a statement. “We would not have done that without obtaining permission from the adults in charge of our group.”
“I was not intentionally making faces at the protester. I did smile at one point because I wanted him to know that I was not going to become angry, intimidated or be provoked into a larger confrontation,” he said. “I harbor no ill will for this person. I respect this person’s right to protest and engage in free speech activities, and I support his chanting on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial any day of the week. I believe he should re-think his tactics of invading the personal space of others, but that is his choice to make.”
The emergence of a longer video of what transpired and a statement from a second Covington Catholic High School student, retweeted on Twitter by National Review columnist Dan McLaughlin, have muddled first impressions of Philips’ interaction with the teenagers.
An email from the student sent to WKRC, a Cincinnati-area CBS affiliate, said Sandmann and his friends were “confused” by Philips’ approach. Further, the second student said they did not “partake in any physical or verbal abuse, did not chant ‘build the wall’ or mock or anything of the like, and did not seek to incite violence.”
“My friend faces expulsion for simply standing still and our entire school is being disparaged for a crime we did not commit,” the student wrote.
“It begins to look as if the people who did not pig-pile on this story before waiting to learn more about it made the right choice,” McLaughlin said in response.
McLaughlin was joined by New York Times columnist David Brooks and Andy Lassner, executive producer of “The Ellen Show,” among others, in expressing doubt over the original perception of the incident.
“Yesterday I had one impression of the maga kids from Kentucky. Now after seeing more videos I have a different more complicated impression. Makes all the hot takes seem silly,” Brooks tweeted.
“I deleted my tweet about the MAGA boys. I’m willing to watch ‘all the video’ when I get time. But more importantly, because of a high follower count, I don’t want to contribute to being part of a mob going after minors. Let’s focus on shitty adults turning out shitty kids,” Lassner wrote.
Other people, including figures from the Catholic faith, such as James Martin SJ and Robert P. George also offered apologies for how they initially casted judgment.
Rep. Thomas Massie, R-Ky., in whose congressional district Covington Catholic High School is located, put out a five-tweet thread expressing his dismay with the initial media coverage and praised the school boys who came to D.C. for the March for Life for their show of restraint.
“The honorable and tolerant students of Covington Catholic School came to DC to advocate for the unborn and to learn about our nation’s Capitol. What they got was a brutal lesson in the unjust court of public opinion and social media mobs,” he said.
Although on Sunday word of a more complicated story began to spread, the reporting over the past 24 hours in many cases either ignored or glossed over the fact that that the Black Hebrew Israelites appear to have been the root of the eventual confrontation. For instance, BuzzFeed News, which interviewed multiple students who were present when Phillips arrived on the scene, didn’t mention those adults once, focusing instead on how the “MAGA hat–wearing teenage boys taunted a Native American elder.”
The same goes for CNN and others. The mainstream just glossed right over the Black Hebrew Israelites’ role in the situation. They are the real racists. The real bigots.
Only Heavy.com claims to have gotten in touch with Sandmann’s mother believed to be at the center of the controversy, and she pinned the blame squarely on the men she called the “black Muslims.”
“Shame on you! Were you there? Did you hear the names the people where calling these boys? It was shameful,” she wrote in an email to Heavy.com. “Did you witness the black Muslims yelling profanities and video taping trying to get something to further your narrative of hatred?? Did you know that this “man” came up to this one boy and drummed in his face? Shame on you. Only reporting what you want. More fake news.”
As for Nathan Phillips, the professional protester and so-called veteran who started this media firestorm, he claims to be a “Recon Ranger” from the Vietnam war.
Yet there is no such thing as a “Recon Ranger”. The closest thing is the 75th Ranger Regiment Reconnaissance Company, established 1984. Way after the Vietnam war.
The biggest issue with his claims, however, is his age.
Several news stories say he is 64 years old and there was a 2000 article from an Omaha newspaper saying that he was 45 years old. So let’s say he is 64.
He was supposedly a combat troop, yet the last combat troops arrived in 1972, when Phillips would have been 17 years old.
The last American combat unit was a task force from the 3d Bn, 21st Inf Regt and battery B, 3d Bn, 82d Field Artillery Regt which had been stationed in Danang (I commanded battery C, 3d Bn, 82d FA and B btry was our ‘sister’ battalion). These were the last US ground combat units in Vietnam. This was in 1972.
Fake news continues to rear it’s ugly head as CBS News is now throwing their own unfavorable fact checks into the memory hole.
CBS News deleted a “fact check” ofTrump’s border wall speechon Tuesday night which said the situation with migrant women being raped while illegally crossing our southern border is even worse than he described.
The fact check read:
Fact check: 1 in 3 women sexually assaulted while traveling to cross the border
CLAIM: The president claimed one in three women have been sexually assaulted traveling to the border.
FACT: Between 60 percent and 80 percent of female migrants traveling through Mexico are raped along the way, Amnesty International estimates.
CBS News deleted this fact check from their own article “fact checking” Trump’s speech on Tuesday night. You can see an archived copy which includes the fact check here.
A reprint of CBS News’s original article is still up on CBS affiliate WinkNews.
It appears CBS News doesn’t want their readers to know how many women are said to be raped by coyotes and smugglers while attempting to cross illegally
Democrats have once again reiterated their priorities. Their focus doesn’t lie on helping the American people. Rather, it’s getting revenge on President Trump for humiliating their party for the past two years; for exposing the donkeys as, well, donkeys.
California Democrat congressman, Brad Sherman(pictured), is using his party’s first day controlling the House of Representatives to file an impeachment resolution against President Donald Trump.
Rep. Brad Sherman introduced an identical bill in 2017, charging that Trump obstructed justice when he fired FBI Director James Comey just months after moving into the White House.
The resolution accuses Trump of ‘threatening, and then terminating’ Comey because he knew the FBI was investigating then-National Security Advisor Michael Flynn and ‘conducting one or more investigations into Russian state interference in the 2016 campaign.’
Yet even then-Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, who ultimately signed off on the Mueller investigation, recommended Comey be terminated.
Sherman told the Los Angeles Times that ‘there is no reason’ Congress shouldn’t consider impeachment: ‘Every day, Donald Trump shows that leaving the White House would be good for our country.’
Newly installed House Speaker Nancy Pelosi told the ‘TODAY’ show this week that she doesn’t want to see an impeachment ‘for political reasons,’ but cautioned that politics also would not prevent her from calling a vote “if it’s justified”.
Sherman is one of three House Democrats to introduce articles of impeachment against Trump during his first two years in office.
His July 2017 effort attracted just one co-sponsor, Texas Democrat Al Green.
Green filed his own impeachment resolution in January 2018, including among Trump’s ‘high crimes and misdemeanors’, his decision to ban transgender troops from the American military, his travel ban affecting SOME Muslim-majority countries and his claim that ‘s***hole countries’ send the U.S. too many immigrants. It’s important to note, however, that the countries picked for the Trump Travel Ban were the same countries that the Obama administration had catagorized as hot spots with high security risks.
No one co-sponsored Green’s measure, which was seen as a publicity stunt.
Tennessee Democratic Rep. Steve Cohen introduced the most ‘effective’ impeachment bid in November 2017. Seventeen other Demorats co-sponsored it. But like the others, it languished in the Judiciary Committee without a vote.
Cohen accused Trump of obstruction of justice in firing Comey, but also piled on four other charges.
One impeachment article accused the president of profiting from foreign participation in his businesses, in violation of the Constitution’s ’emoluments clause.’ Another claimed Trump broke the law by spending taxpayer funds at his own resorts and golf courses.
Other articles accused him of undermining the federal judiciary by targeting judges for public tongue-lashings, and of stifling freedom of the press with persistent complaints about ‘fake news’ outlets.
It’s unclear how willing Democrats will be to flex their muscles in the most aggressive ways possible.
A Politico/Morning Consult poll in November found that just 33 per cent of voters want Trump impeached. But 61 per cent of Democrats are eager to see it in 2019.
A December Harvard CAPS/Harris poll found 39 per cent of voters want to see the president fired.
The new Congress will feature the largest number of progressive lawmakers in many years, and they appear to be in no mood to appease a president who is standing firm on his pursuit of funding for a wall on the southern border with Mexico.
Democrats will pounce on Day One, moving legislation to end a partial government shutdown, and a separate measure to protect medical insurance coverage for people with pre-existing conditions.
However, Republicans still maintain control of the Senate.
Even if spiteful Democrats believe some of Trump’s actions, which include Trump’s reported hush money payments to women during the 2016 campaign, clear the threshold of ‘high crimes and misdemeanors,’ impeachment would represent a steep uphill climb.
Should the House vote to impeach Trump, removing him from office would be nearly impossible.
Two-thirds of the Senate would need to vote to convict him. That’s highly unlikely unless more than a dozen Republicans turn on him.
“Just so you know where I’m at in 2019” Kanye tells his army of supporters as he reaffirms his support for the President. “Trump all day.”…”From now on, I’m performing with my Mutherfucking [MAGA] hat on.”
After a misunderstanding with Candice Owens, which led some to speculate Kanye left the Trump Train, ‘Ye is back stronger than ever with his support of the president.
Kanye broke the internet last year when he endorsed President Trump on twitter, even sporting the signature red MAGA hat. Trump retweeted Kanye’s endorsement with the now-famous “Very cool, Kanye”
This bromance eventually led to Trump inviting Kanye to the White House, along with a plethora of black leaders.
THE “NEWS TEAM”(using that term lightly), THAT STOLE CHRISTMAS:
CNN just can’t stop with their hateful rhetoric. CNN has stooped to a new low even for them. They are now trying to get American soldiers, stationed in Iraq, in trouble for having the audacity to support our president. It kills them to know that soldiers were lining up with glee to get their signature red MAGA hats signed by the Commander-In-Chief Donald Trump.
CNN shows, once again, that they are more than willing to put their misplaced hatred for the president above any semblance of respect they would otherwise POTENTIALLY have for our nation. They sow seeds of deceit without so much as a second thought about it.
CNN is accusing U.S. troops stationed in Iraq of breaching protocol by having President Donald Trump sign “Make America Great Again” hats during the president’s official visit.
After attacking our president for being the “first president in 18 years” not to visit our troops overseas during Christmas, they would taken by surprise. Trump and first lady Melania departed late Christmas evening on a surprise visit to Al Asad Air Base in Iraq.
Prior to the trip, Trump had been criticized repeatedly by the media for not visiting a war zone during his time in office. NBC News was the first to prematurely accuse the president of skipping the presidential tradition of meeting with troops around Christmastime, writing shortly before the president’s unannounced visit to Iraq, “Trump becomes first president since 2002 not to visit troops at Christmastime.”
Being taken aback by his surprise visit, and in turn being unable to criticize Trump for visiting the troops, some news outlets turned their focus to the service members who received him.
CNN noticed that some of the troops carried “Make America Great Again” hats and asked the president to sign them. CNN repeatedly suggested, on Twitter and on air, that the troops had violated military rules by having the hats.
“Troops bringing President Trump ‘Make America Great Again’ hats to sign may have violated a military rule,” CNN tweeted Thursday.
CNN chief White House correspondent Jim Acosta asked Pentagon correspondent Barbara Starr and former Pentagon spokesman John Kirby on air if, in fact, the troops erred by having the hats and a “Trump 2020” sign.
“It is in fact a campaign slogan, it is a campaign item, and it’s completely inappropriate for them to do this,” Kirby said. “Not supposed to do this and I’m sure that their boss is seeing this and they’re not gonna be happy about it.”
Starr agreed, stating, “This is very much against military policy and regulation
CNN analyst and former FBI agent Josh Campbell then took it a step further and suggested the troops were guilty of misconduct and accused the president of using the troops as “political pawns” in photo ops.
Active duty members are prohibited from engaging in “partisan political activities.” Examples of prohibited activities include campaigning for a political candidate, soliciting contributions, and wearing a uniform to a partisan political event.
Geoffrey Ingersoll, a former Marine and The Daily Caller editor-in-chief, pointed out that the president is not currently a candidate for office and was not visiting for a campaign event.
Combat-wounded and retired Staff Sergeant Johnny Joey Jones also brushed off the idea that the troops could be disciplined for their behavior.
“Trump isn’t currently running for anything or against anyone. He’s a sitting president and MAGA is his fundamental policy idea,” Jones told TheDC. “I was active duty, in uniform, at the White House when Obama grabbed my dinner menu and signed it for me. I was active duty, working for the Republican HVAC when Obama signed my SOTU invitation.”
Jones added, “It was undisciplined and you wouldn’t see Marines acting that way, but it would be a steep hill with contradicting precedents to try and punish someone for it.”
President Trump told House Republican leaders Thursday that he will not sign a Senate-passed spending package that does not include border security funds. This comes just days after Trump said he would consider singing the compromise bill to keep government open, and a week after he Told Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi he would “be proud” to shut down government over border security.
House Speaker Paul Ryan, R-Wis., and House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., told reporters after meeting the president at the White House that Trump told them he will not sign the stopgap spending measure approved by the Senate Wednesday night because of “legitimate concerns for border security.”
“What we’re going to do is go back to the House and work with our members,” Ryan said. “We want to keep the government open but we also want to see an agreement that protects the border. We have very serious concerns about securing our border.”
Sources told Fox News that the House will try to amend the Senate bill with an additional $5 billion for a border wall, as sought by Trump. However, it’s still unclear whether that amended bill would pass — and it would face an even tougher time in the Senate, with the clock ticking before a Friday shutdown deadline.
The Senate bill, as passed, would keep several key departments of the federal government funded through February and avert a partial shutdown. The Senate measure does provide a total of $1.6 billion for border security and funds other agencies at current levels through Feb. 8 — but does not include new wall funding.
After the White House initially indicated a willingness to consider such a short-term compromise measure, Trump faced mounting pressure from immigration-minded conservatives to dig in on his demand for $5 billion to fund a border wall, a signature campaign promise — before Democrats take over the House in January. The president apparently did just that in his meeting with House GOP leaders, seeking more border security and wall funding. “The president said what the Senate sent over is just kicking the can down the road,” McCarthy said. “We want to solve this problem.”
White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders made clear Trump was renewing his demands on a border wall, saying after the meeting: “We protect nations all over the world, but Democrats are unwilling to protect our nation. We urgently need funding for border security and that includes a wall.”
Sanders earlier signaled that the compromise deal was in trouble when she put out a brief statement saying “the president does not want to go further without border security, which includes steel slats or a wall. The president is continuing to weigh his options.” The statement came after House conservatives fumed over the stopgap measure — and its lack of new wall funding. “The House Republican Conference is ready to fight on the wall. Let’s get the $5B vote on the floor – today!” Rep. Mark Walker tweeted.
The conservative Republican Study Committee also called for Republicans to “stand united in calling for funding for the border wall. One of our last acts of this Congress should be fulfilling this key mandate demanded by the American people.”
House Freedom Caucus Chair Mark Meadows, R-N.C., told Fox News late Wednesday that “the political fallout will start” soon and that Trump risks doing “major damage” to his re-election effort in 2020 if a spending deal without border funding is approved.
When asked if the president should veto any stopgap funding bill that does not include money for the border wall, Meadows replied “yes.” He added that the “mistake” Republicans had made was that “we didn’t bring up the bill last week when we had the votes.”
House Republicans, meanwhile, were generally frustrated about the lack of clarity from the president. Republican members are also worried about their political exposure if they relent after campaigning on building a wall.
“We stuck our neck out for border security,”
Another source in the House GOP conference told Fox News that members want assurances from Trump on what he will or won’t sign before they vote on anything.
Signs of trouble emerged when a House Republican press conference was abruptly canceled Thursday morning.
A lawmaker who was in Thursday morning’s Republican conference meeting said Paul Ryan abruptly exited the meeting, telling members the president was on the phone. Moments later, he canceled what could have been his final press conference, before leaving for the White House meeting.
Purple Heart medal recipient and disabled military veteran, Brian Kolfage, has taken things into his own hands to get Trump’s wall funded.

Brian Kolfage is a triple amputee Air Force veteran who lost both legs and his right hand while serving in Iraq in 2004. Kolfage, a vocal Trump supporter, has also been vocal in fighting against Facebook, which he says blacklisted his page earlier in the year.
He is also the founder of the website Fight4FreeSpeech where he calls for 1 million signatures in a petition against Facebook, Twitter, and Google.
Kolfage is now trying to fund Trump’s border wall by raising at least $1 billion. In the description, Kolfage says he hopes that by funding a portion of the wall, it “will jumpstart things and will be less money Trump has to secure from our politicians.”
Kolfage says he is working to have the $1 billion GoFundMe limit raised in hopes of reaching $2 billion.

President Donald Trump has just launched a new interagency-wide council to help funnel federal spending into the designated low-income zones created in last year’s tax bill.
These zones, called “opportunity zones” were originally brainstormed by Kentucky Senator Rand Paul, who loved the idea of lowering taxes in impoverished inner city communities to encourage businesses to invest where opportunity has often seemed sparse.
Black leaders from inner cities recently met at the White House to thank president Trump for his leadership.
Trump issued an executive order Wednesday creating the interagency White House Opportunity and Revitalization Council, to be spearheaded by Housing and Urban Development secretary Ben Carson.
The council will span a dozen federal agencies, with the goal of putting Opportunity Zones at the forefront of funding in areas like small-business finance, water and broadband infrastructure, rural development, and crime enforcement.
“The resources of the whole federal government will be leveraged to rebuild low-income and impoverished neighborhoods that have been ignored by Washington in years past,” Trump said as he signed the order. “With Opportunity Zones, we are drawing investment into neglected and underserved communities of America so that all Americans, regardless of zip code, have access to the American Dream.”
“Qualified Opportunity Zones” are newly designated economically depressed areas, delineated by local government officials and approved by the Treasury Department.
Under a provision in the December 2017 tax bill, investing in these zones results in hefty tax benefits, thus encouraging investment. If investors pour capital gains into real estate or business equity in such an area, they reduce the tax basis on that original capital. Any gains generated by the Opportunity Zone investment can be tax-free if held long enough.
Opportunity Zones are largely based off of a similar idea thought up by Sen. Rand Paul, whom had been calling for “economic freedom zones.” that would give tax cuts to impoverished communities.
The program is intended to help revitalize areas of America that unlike New York, Los Angeles, and San Francisco, didn’t quite bounce back from the financial crisis.
This program seems to be a source bipartisan collaboration in an otherwise polarized Washington, as the administration works more directly with state and local government officials seeking to capitalize on the program.
Many of the Opportunity Zones overlap with well-heeled areas that probably don’t need the boost. But in the impoverished areas the zones are meant to target, they shall serve as a great catalyst for growth.
One criticism, however, is that residents of the targeted area may be less likely to be holders of capital gains and so are potentially able to reap the benefits. Yet economic development in general will progress nonetheless as real-estate development ramps up, pushing forward development that would have otherwise have taken many years. Residents unable to pay rising property taxes will be far more quickly displaced.
Part of the new executive order is designed to help with this. The new council, assisted by the Council of Economic Advisers at the White House working with Treasury and Commerce, may craft ways to collect and measure the data around capital flows and what impact the program has on economic growth and job creation in a given area,
The White House’s move Wednesday to increase its participation gives the administration a greater stake in the program’s success, as well as another opportunity to show they are making a difference in helping poorer communities.
